Africa Education Gateway, an African International Education conglomerate based in Accra, has launched the nominations for the annual Education Community Awards dubbed “EDUCOM Awards” in Accra.
The awards night scheduled for Saturday August 27th, 2022 is under the theme: “COLLABORATION” as part of the GLOBAL SUPER TEACHERS CONFERENCE 2022.
Grant Bulmuo, the Programme Director and convenor, speaking at the launch of the awards, said the initiative is to identify and celebrate positive contributions within the education community in Ghana and the rest of Africa.

He said it was also to create a platform for networking and effective collaboration among the various players in the education sector.
Grant believes that the education of the child or an adult was not limited to the input of only schools and teachers but includes several other institutions and significant personalities, hence, the need for a broad scope awards to bring together the education community.

He said for the past 8 years, the organisation has shaped and influenced the teaching and school leadership practice of about 10,500 teachers and school leaders with their cutting edge service, resource and interventions.
