ABOUT THE WINNER
KENNETH EKOW INKUM
Kenneth Ekow Inkum effectively uses audiovisual resources carefully prepared for his lessons. He is noted for developing and implementing technological solutions to help his fellow teachers and the management of the school.
Mr. Inkum was instrumental in helping the school he was working with to adopt the use of tools like Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom Video conference, and Class Marker during the COVID-19 outbreak. He also facilitated a training session to produce a pre-recorded video of lessons to be uploaded to the various digital classrooms.
His students regularly express their joy and increased level of comprehension of his lessons as the audiovisual resources serve as a perfect premise for the auditory learners, the visual learners, and the kinaesthetic learners to better appreciate his lessons. His zeal to assist in school business with Technological solutions has helped teachers deliver effectively the lessons and student reports.
Mr. Inkum introduced students to skills such as Web Development using HTML and CSS; Digital Marketing (to help parents and siblings to leverage the power of social media for their product sales). These aren’t covered in their curriculum but are very essential in our fast-evolving world of technology.
