Ukraine and Russia Agree on a Deal to Resume Grain Exports

The agreement, brokered with the help of the United Nations and Turkey, is aimed at alleviating the global food crisis and will free more than 20 million metric tons of grain stuck in blockaded Black Sea ports in Ukraine.
